Steve Adams started appraising property in 1984 after retiring as a commercial helicopter pilot. Initially Steve did both residential and commercial appraisals before transitioning to commercial only. Lisle Adams joined his father in 2020 to focus on residential appraisal while developing commercial appraisal experience.
