estate development, construction, and estate planning
issues. Successfully
completed appraisal courses sponsored by
the Society of Real Estate Appraisers,
the American Institute of Real Estate
Appraisers, and the University of
Kentucky Graduate School. Attended a
great number of appraisal seminars,
testified as an expert witness in
numerous State and Federal Courts,
performed appraisal investigations for the
Kentucky Real Estate Appraisal Board and
successfully completed the HUD/FHA
appraisal examination.
