Experienced in appraising commercial, industrial, and
agricultural real estate in Central Kentucky, focusing primarily on
residential and multi-family properties.
Successfully completed the U.S.
Department of HUD Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Appraiser
examination, and have been performing FHA appraisals since 1997.
Successfully completed several appraisal courses by the American
Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, and have attended numerous
appraisal seminars by the Appraisal Institute, the Kentucky Real
Estate Appraisers Board and the Kentucky Real Estate Commission.
Approved to perform appraisal assignments by over 100 lending
institutions nationwide.
